Terms for using Clone It.
These Terms govern your use of Clone It: Dual App Cloner, provided by Viionr Infotech Private Limited (“Viionr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Clone It, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
What Clone It provides
Clone It creates separate in-app WebKit spaces for web sessions. It does not copy, modify, or install a second instance of a native iOS app. Website features may differ from native-app features, and third-party websites may change or restrict browser access at any time.
Your responsibilities
You must use Clone It lawfully and follow the terms, age requirements, intellectual-property rules, and account policies of each website you access. You are responsible for your accounts, content, sign-in credentials, device security, and activity within each space.
Prohibited use
You may not use Clone It to gain unauthorized access, impersonate another person, evade a lawful restriction, infringe rights, distribute malware, harass others, commit fraud, or interfere with the app, websites, or networks. You may not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Third-party services
Clone It is independent from the websites and brands shown as quick-start options. Their names and marks belong to their owners and identify compatible web destinations only. We do not control or guarantee third-party availability, content, security, or account decisions.
Premium subscriptions
Clone It Premium may include weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The app shows the current localized price, billing period, and any trial eligibility before purchase. An advertised free trial is available only when Apple determines the purchaser is eligible. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically, and Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Clone It does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests and billing decisions are handled by Apple under its policies.
License and ownership
Subject to these Terms, Viionr grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Clone It on Apple devices you own or control as allowed by Apple’s usage rules. Clone It’s code, design, and original branding remain owned by Viionr or its licensors.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local WebKit storage, subscription processing, and your choices.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We do not promise that every third-party website will remain compatible.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clone It is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, third-party compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viionr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, third-party account action, or website unavailability arising from use of Clone It. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or material violation of these Terms. Subscription cancellation remains your responsibility through Apple.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date here. Questions can be sent to developer@viionrinfotech.com.
